It can be difficult to find the right mentor - someone experienced and knowledgeable. We will help you find a suitable mentor and guide you through our proven academic leadership mentor program.
Research skills can be hard to learn and your mentors may not have have pediatric expertise. We have a faculty of internationally renowned pediatric research experts who can help you with your research when you need it most.
There are many different skill sets to master. Our leadership academy will help guide you through key areas with an experienced global faculty of established academic pediatric leaders.
This course has given me time to develop skills and reflect on what make a great leader in pediatrics.
The course gave me the tools & skills to excel in a number of areas of leadership including teaching, research and management.

Academic pediatricians and child health leaders are responsible for the education and training in child health of students, pediatric trainees, postgraduate medical and other health students. They generally lead child health services in their region. They therefore hold a critical role in the delivery of child health.
